Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for behaviour that violates these Terms, our safety guidelines, or applicable law.

Free closed beta. Quest for Cupid is currently invite-only. Cupid Premium is granted with your invite for the duration of your beta trial period at no cost.

No payment method. We do not collect card or payment details during the beta, and no charges are made. There is no subscription to cancel.

End of trial. When your beta trial period ends, Premium features are switched off automatically. Your account and data remain until you delete them.

Future paid plans. If we introduce paid subscriptions after the beta, we will publish the price and terms in advance and no charge will occur without your explicit consent.

You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, solicit money, share sexual content involving minors, or upload x-rated / non-consensual imagery. Our safe-share filter blurs suspicious images and we may remove content or accounts at our discretion.

You retain ownership of the photos, prompts and messages you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, moderate and back up that content solely to operate the service.

Quest for Cupid is a social entertainment product. We do not verify every user's identity, background or intentions. We do not guarantee matches, romantic outcomes, or the behaviour of other users. Meet in public, tell a friend, and trust your gut.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for interactions with other users on or off the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Quest for Cupid from claims arising out of your content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
